- 1 Teaspoons Oregano
- 1 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Black Peppercorns
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Medium Onion (roughly chopped)
- 30 g Sea Salt
- 30 ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Large Celeriac (about 900g, grated)
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 1.5 Litres Vegetable Stock
