- 4–5 cups vegetable stock or water
- 1 cup sunchokes, small dice
- 2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- pinch of smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked for about 4 hours)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- salt and black pepper to taste
- oil for cooking
